Left :
projection is live documentary footage shot in the Northern Canadian Rockies in Alberta in which the artist performs a scientific inquiry into nature as a manifestation of classification, control, territory, time and space.
Right: projection is shot in an artificial environment of grassy hilly skylines set up by the artist in upstate New York laced with yellow, red, green and purple plastic whirligigs/daisies. The artists examine the relationship between nature and culture and how the artificial replication of nature separates man from any sensuous aspects of nature.
